Booking and coverage

Do you cover all of Jamaica?

Yes. We cover island-wide air conditioning installation, servicing, and repair. Share your parish or community when you message so we can plan travel and timing.

How do I book or get a quote?

Call or WhatsApp 876-472-9471, email krispykoolac@gmail.com, or use the Get a Quote form and continue on WhatsApp with your details filled in.

What should I send when I first message?

Your name, phone number, parish or area, and what you need (install, service, or repair). Photos or a short video of the indoor unit, outdoor unit, and any error codes help the team respond faster.

Do you work on weekends or after hours?

Message or call to confirm availability for your area. Our posts show active field work across the week, but exact scheduling depends on the job and travel.

Installation and brands

What brands do you install?

Our Instagram and TikTok posts show Windy inverter units and TCL systems on real residential and commercial jobs across Jamaica.

What is an inverter AC and why does it matter here?

Inverter units adjust compressor speed to match the room instead of switching fully on and off. That can reduce electricity use compared with older fixed-speed units, which matters when JPS bills are a concern. See the Windy inverter guide for more detail.

Do you supply the unit or install one I already bought?

Our posts show full supply and install jobs with branded units. Message us with your situation if you already purchased hardware and need mounting, piping, and commissioning.

Can you install more than one indoor unit?

Yes. Our gallery includes multi-split and commercial-style installs. Share room sizes and how many zones you want cooled when you request a quote.

Servicing

How often should I service my AC in Jamaica?

Most homes benefit from at least one full service per year, and coastal or dusty areas often need two. Salt air, road dust, and pollen clog outdoor coils quickly. Read the servicing schedule guide for seasonal notes.

What happens during a standard service visit?

Typical work includes cleaning filters and coils, checking drainage, verifying refrigerant pressures where needed, and testing cooling performance. Our posts show outdoor unit washing and indoor coil care on real jobs.

Can servicing lower my electricity bill?

Dirty coils and blocked filters force the unit to run longer. Restoring airflow often improves comfort and can reduce run time, which may help with JPS usage. It does not replace choosing an efficient inverter unit where appropriate.

Repair

What are signs my unit needs repair?

Warm air, weak airflow, water leaks, ice on the coil, tripping breakers, or loud grinding sounds usually mean a technician visit is due. See the full list in the repair warning signs article.

Do you repair brands you did not install?

We cover general air conditioning service and repair island-wide. Share the brand, model, and symptoms when you message so we can confirm parts and approach.

Should I keep running the AC if it is leaking water?

Turn it off and message the team. Continued operation can worsen water damage to walls, ceilings, or electrical parts. Clear photos of where the water appears help diagnose blocked drain lines versus other faults.

Payments and extras

Do you take card payments?

We accept credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard and local bank cards. Confirm payment options when you book if you plan to pay by card on site.

Do you install water heaters, pumps, or fans?

Our services page and social posts reference water heating, pumps, and related work alongside HVAC. Describe the equipment when you request a quote.
